Clean room and excellent blackout shades ensured good sleep.

Upon check-in, the staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to charges for multiple rooms to my credit card instead of my colleagues' cards as requested. This not only caused confusion but forced us to sort out financial discrepancies ourselves. The noise from neighboring rooms was intrusive and quite bothersome, detracting from an otherwise comfortable stay.

Awesome family getaway!

We had a blast! The breakfast spread was delicious, and the pool area was super nice for the kids, tons of seating to chill out! The only bummer was that the room could've used more sound insulation. We heard some noise from the hallway. It was a fab stay and close to downtown!

Noise was a problem!!! We could hear the shower and toilet from the room below. The room cleanliness needed attention, with unaddressed items left behind.

The spacious room came equipped with a microwave and fridge, offering convenience for snacks and leftovers. A really good breakfast buffet provided plenty of options, including local Nagasaki rice, which impressed my family. The indoor pool area was beautifully designed, offering various seating to relax after a swim. While there were minor hiccups during check-in, the staff handled them efficiently, our stay was pleasant.

At the Hotel Triplets Entertainment, our family had a blast with the pool and free movie nights. the staff were wonderfully accommodating, making our stay memorable and stress-free.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly snacks available.

Had a good time at the hotel. the front desk staff was super friendly and helped us with travel plans. the hotel is well-located, making it easy to explore the city.

Room service was inconsistent during our stay. We had to visit the front desk for essentials like tissue and towels, as they didn't come by the room at all.
